How billing works
Charged when you add, then again on the 1st
Billing follows the calendar month — 1st to month end — so your wallet ledger always lines up with your books.
The rule
- Adding a supplier debits 1 credit immediately, for the running calendar month.
- On the 1st of every month, 1 credit is debited again for each active supplier.
- Additional users are debited on the same 1st-of-month sweep at ₹100 each.
- Remove or pause a supplier and no further credits are taken from the next cycle.
- If the wallet is short, monitoring pauses — data and history are never deleted.
A worked example
- You top up ₹5,000. Wallet: 5,000 credits, valid 12 months.
- On 20 August you add 300 suppliers. 300 credits are debited that day for the part-month of August. Wallet: 4,700.
- On 1 September, 300 credits are debited for September. Wallet: 4,400. The same happens on 1 October, and so on.
- You remove 50 suppliers on 12 September. No refund for September; from 1 October only 250 credits are debited.
Yes — a supplier added late in a month is charged for that part-month and again on the 1st. We keep it that way because it is simple to verify against the ledger, and the cost of a part-month is ₹1.

What exactly does one credit buy?
One credit is ₹1. Adding one supplier GSTIN to your monitored portfolio costs 1 credit for the running calendar month, and 1 credit again on the 1st of each following month while it stays active.
Is manual search really free?
Yes. Searching any GSTIN and reading its registration, filing history and basic risk score costs nothing. A fair-use cap of 100 searches per day per account keeps the source API healthy. Credits are only consumed when you put a supplier under continuous monitoring.
How long do credits stay valid?
Each top-up is valid for 12 months from the date it is loaded. Older credits are always consumed first, and we warn you 30 days and 7 days before any batch expires.
What happens if the wallet runs dry mid-month?
Monitoring for suppliers that could not be renewed is paused, not deleted. Their history stays intact. Top up and resume with one click and the next monthly cycle picks them up again.
How are extra users billed?
The first user is included. Every additional user in the workspace costs ₹100 per user per calendar month, debited from the same wallet on the same cycle as suppliers.
Is there a multi-tenant or reseller mode?
