Founder
Led by a Chartered Accountant who has lived the problem
GST First is founded by CA Suchit Shah, who built the product after seeing how often input tax credit is lost to vendor facts that were available but never checked.
Suchit is a Chartered Accountant based in Mumbai, with a practice built around indirect tax, compliance and finance operations for growing Indian businesses. Working through GST returns, reconciliations and departmental notices, he saw the same pattern repeat: credit denied not because of the buyer's records, but because of a supplier's registration status or filing behaviour that nobody had looked at in time.
He founded Samkit Technologies to turn that manual, month-end scramble into a system. His work on GST First covers the risk model, the data definitions and the compliance posture of the platform — with a simple rule: show the facts, show when they were fetched, and let the finance team decide.
